Anna-Lee Stafford is a Psychology Extern at the Southfield Center. She earned her undergraduate degree from McGill University in Honors Psychology with a minor in Social Studies of Medicine. She completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University – Brooklyn and is currently in her third year of her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology also at Long Island University – Brooklyn. Anna-Lee has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. She utilizes primarily psychodynamic treatment methods as well as cognitive behavioral therapy based on each client’s individual strengths and needs. Prior to beginning her doctoral studies, Anna-Lee assisted with research specializing in parent-infant interaction as well as the social-cognitive development of toddlers and school-aged children.
