Tiffany Vizzo has been providing specialized instruction as a teacher and teacher’s mentor in private schools, as well as in private home settings, for the past twenty years. Her experience includes reading & writing development along with study skills, organization, note taking, and executive functions skills. She is trained in all Lindamood-Bell programs and has extensive background teaching students with learning disabilities. She received her BS and CT Professional Teaching Certification from CCSU, and has a Literacy Specialist MA from Sacred Heart University.
She is passionate about working 1:1 with students supporting and guiding them towards their highest learning potential. Having empathy, building a strong rapport, and tapping into their strengths to develop confidence using key strategies enable her students to reach their goals. She considers herself a lifelong learner, always eager to collaborate with other professionals, as well as to attend workshops, training, and presentations to add to her learning base.
