Our social skills groups are appropriate for children and adolescents ages 4-18 who experience social thinking challenges that may be interfering with their ability to develop and maintain friendships. After getting to know your child during an intake interview, our clinicians take great care to group together students with similar needs and developmental levels. The groups consist of a series of 60-minute sessions held weekly for 16 weeks. Clinicians are also available to work closely with a child’s school and family.
- think more flexibly
- take another’s perspective
- identify behaviors that interfere with relationships
